Again DSS Fails To Bring Ubah To Court

The Department of State Service has again failed to present the Managing Director of the Capital Oil and Gas Limited, Mr Ifeanyi Ubah, before an FCT High Court, Abuja.

As a result his trial at the court has been stalled.

Mr Ubah who has been in the custody of the DSS since April was to be arraigned at the court today.

No reason was given for his absence and no date was announced for his arraignment and trial.

The DSS, in a press release by its spokesman Mr Tony Opuiyo, accused Mr Ubah of engaging in acts inimical to national security, Channels TV reports.
