BREAKING: Fayose storms Abuja court for Nnamdi Kanu's trial


- Fayose was in court to show solidarity to Nnamdi Kanu who is on trial
- Deji Adeyanju, another Nigerian from a different region joined pro-Biafra supporters for a protest on Monday, April 24

Ekiti state Governor Ayo Fayose has stormed the Federal High Court Abuja to show support for pro-Biafra agitator Nnamdi Kanu. According to Lere Olayinka, Fayose's aide on new media, the governor is presently seated inside Federal High Court 4 as the leader of the secessionist group Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) appears before Justice Nyako.

This is the first time that Fayose is openly showing support for the movement for the break away of the the Southeast from the Nigerian union as desired by pro-Biafra supporters.

The governor's action comes just hours after Deji Adeyanju, a Peoples Democratic Party apologist from central Nigeria but with southwestern origins was arrested by police after staging a pro-Biafra protest.
